weekend of October 15-16, MTX attended the 7th annual Truckin'
Nationals event at Firebird Raceway in Phoenix, AZ. Together with
Fly-N-Hi Total Performance Centers, MTX had a booth where some of the
latest and hottest products from MTX Audio and StreetWires were on
display. BFGoodrich also displayed the MTX Chevy 4X4 in its booth. |

Bigfoot
had two trucks on display and were also racing during the weekend
events. Both trucks were sporting the MTX Audio and the StreetWires
logos. |

KUPD,
a local rock & roll radio station, was on location displaying MTX
TP112 speakers while they addressed the large crowd and created
excitement at the event.

| BIGFOOT Event-- Marble Hill, MO |
|
| The weekend of October 8-9, MTX and BIGFOOT paid a visit to Marble Hill, MO, and were featured at a local Ford dealership. Also on display was one of the latest monster trucks with the MTX Audio and the StreetWires logos visible in several places. Other MTX show vehicles like the Ford Ranger and the MTX "Tilt" truck were also available to the large crowd for viewing.

| 4X4 Jamboree -- Indianapolis, IN |

The weekend of September 24-25, MTX attended the 4X4 Jamboree event in Indianapolis, IN. This was a huge event with over 5,000 show trucks on display and over 80,000 people in attendance.
Bigfoot was both on display and racing at this event along with several other vehicles with MTX products in them.

| Sand Sports Super Show -- Costa Mesa, CA |

On September 16-18, MTX traveled to the Sand Sports Super Show that was held at the Orange County Fair grounds in Costa Mesa, CA. The event filled the entire fair grounds all three days with 4 wheeler, dune buggy, sand rail and other off-road enthusiasts.

Renegade Seats had a booth at this event where they showed their
latest seats that had MTX 6 1/2" Dome Axial speakers mounted right into
the side of the seat. This was a big hit at the show as space in some
of the vehicles for speakers is hard to come by. There was also a lot
of MTX gear in several of the vehicles on display. One booth even had
an MTX product display that they were using to demo product to
potential customers.

| Summit Racing Truck Fest -- Akron, OH |

On September 10-11, MTX attended the Summit Racing Truck Fest event held in Akron, OH. Several show vehicles were on display including the MTX Ford Ranger, MTX-sponsored BIGFOOT and Rancho's Rock Crawler Jeep. Attendees crowded around the MTX tent to see the inventive installs and hear the thunderous bass.

Last weekend, MTX traveled to Royal Oak, Michigan (a suburb of Detroit) to visit a Mickey Shorr store along Woodward Ave. Every year, automotive enthusiasts travel to the Motor City for the biggest cruise in the world. Over 2 million people attend the DREAM Cruise whether they are cruising in their own car or just hanging out along the sidewalk watching the cars go by. Everything from street rods, muscle cars, and classics to jacked up trucks, tuner cars, and hydraulic hoopties cruise Woodward Ave. during the DREAM Cruise. |

MTX Audio arrived fully equipped with customized vehicles that demonstrated car audio at its best. The MTX Audio Chevy S-10 was a crowd favorite. Comments about the fiberglass, paint, and suspension were very common. Spectators were in awe of the truck's crisp, clean sound and thunderous volume. |

Next to the truck was the JackHammer. All day long, jaws dropped in the vehicles as people driving by couldn't believe that they were seeing a 22" woofer. There was also a car built by Mickey Shorr in conjunction with a local Detroit company called Trakon. This was a Dodge Magnum with custom paint, lamborghini doors, wheels, and a custom I.C.E. (In Car Entertainment) installation including MTX amplifiers and woofers.

| Texas Heat Wave -- Austin, TX |

On July 22-24, MTX traveled to Austin, TX to participate in one of the most exciting Texas Heat Wave events to date. Every year, the event draws an increasing number of spectators, manufacturers and the best in mobile audio. Over 75,000 people attended this year's show and witnessed live demos of the MTX full size Chevy. The vehicle displays twenty 15" Thunder5500 subwoofers, ten Thunder TA81001 amplifiers, four Thunder TA7801 amplifiers, MTX component speakers and is wired with StreetWires.

| Rucker Park 2005 Entertainers Basketball Conference-- Harlem, New York |

If you're in the loop about the hottest streetball action in Harlem, Rucker Park should be one of the first locations that springs to mind. Some of the greatest NBA athletes have played this outdoor basketball court including Wilt Chamberlain and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. The Rucker Park 2005 Entertainers Basketball Conference began on June 20, 2005 and hosted some of the best streetball teams around. MTX was there to help pump out even more volume to get the stadium bumpin'. Three TP212s kept it loud as the fans cheered on their favorite team.

| BIGFOOT 4X4 Festival -- Potosi, MO |

On Saturday, June 18th, MTX Audio attended the festival and grand opening of Bob Chandler's new fabrication shop in Potosi, MO. Bob Chandler, the creator of the world famous BIGFOOT Monster trucks, was present at the opening along with the original BIGFOOT #1. MTX had the James Hetfield Ford F150 and Coustic displayed the Ford F250 truck for the occasion. MTX handed out hundreds of palm cards and answered questions about products and promotions throughout the day.

| Puerto Rican Day Parade -- New York City, NY |

On Sunday June 11th, MTX Audio was seen by millions of spectators in New York City along Fifth Avenue from 44th to 86th street. MTX Audio flags and banners were hanging high above the streets full of those who witnessed and participated in New York City's Puerto Rican Day Parade. The National Puerto Rican Day Parade is a New York tradition that unites New Yorkers as it celebrates the outstanding contributions of the Puerto Rican people to the history of New York City, as well as to the city's diversity. Last year there were over 100,000 marchers and 3 million spectators at the parade and this year's parade is rumored to have been even bigger. New York City has been a longtime friend of MTX Audio with various artists like Will Smith, Jennifer Lopez, Faith Evans, and 50 Cent choosing MTX products for their New York based promotional vehicles. Diversity is what makes good things great and MTX Audio is proud to be a part of such a great tradition.

| Super Summit - Akron, OH |

MTX Audio attended the Super Summit show in Akron, Ohio the first weekend in June. The show consisted of a lot of true auto enthusiasts from muscle cars and jacked up trucks, to antiques and tuner cars. ThunderForm enclosures and OEM replacement speakers were a very popular topic among the crowd of muscle and collector car owners-- people who want to have clean looking, high performance audio systems without cutting or altering their vehicles in any way. The event had an attendance of around 15,000 people. The MTX Audio / James Hetfield truck was on display in the Summit Racing retail store while the MTX Chevy S-10 Xtreme was showcased outside under the MTX tent. Matt Hartford's drag car, BIGFOOT, and the Weld Racing semi were all displaying the MTX Audio logo proudly.

| 4X4 Jamboree - Springfield, MO |

April 30 - May 1, MTX attended the 4X4 Jamboree event that was held in Springfield, MO. This event drew over 30,000 spectators and the MTX Ford Ranger was on display for all to admire at the Ford Booth. The event also included monster truck racing with the MTX/StreetWires Bigfoot truck available to entertain the crowd.

| Vegas Auto Sound -- Las Vegas, NV |

On Thursday, April 14, Matt Hartford and his MTX/Summit Racing drag car made a stop at Vegas Auto Sound on their way to the NHRA race in Vegas that weekend. The appearance was a huge hit. The dealer had a lot of product and MTX signage on hand to let the customers know they are a true supporter of the MTX brand. There was also a live radio remote during Matt's visit that was also the station that airs the Howard Stern show. During one of the news breaks, Howard went live to Las Vegas and the live remote was able to mention MTX and Matt at the event. The spot was heard nationwide.

| Spring Break Nationals -- Daytona Beach, FL |

March 31 through April 4, MTX attended Spring Break Nationals in Daytona, FL. Attendance numbers were up through the weekend as dealers and consumers flocked to various booths at the show. MTX had one of the hottest booths at the event displaying Bass Slammer, ThunderForm and SledgeHammer enclosures along with the new Thunder amplifiers and a lot of colorful signage.

Circuit City's booth was one of the busiest at the show. Displaying the new Thunder amplifiers, full range speakers and SledgeHammers, Circuit City helped MTX steal the show at Spring Break Nationals.

| Chicago Auto Show - Chicago, IL |

Feb. 9th thru the 20th, over 1 million sq. ft of space was occupied at Mc Cormick Place in Chicago by the 97th edition of the Chicago Auto Show. MTX was in the center of all this commotion showcased in a booth put together by SEMA (Specialty Equipment Manufacturer's Association).

The MTX / James Hetfield truck was highlighted at the show for receiving a SEMA Design Award. The truck was placed atop a platform and stantioned off. Showgoers throughout the event were looking over the truck from bumper to bumper taking it all in. The truck was very well received and possibly the most popular vehicle in the SEMA booth. |

| DCC Super Bowl Party - Detroit, MI |

MTX traveled to Detroit, MI for the Detroit Custom Concepts (DCC) Superbowl Party the weekend of February 5 and 6. Also in tow were the MTX Chevy S-10 and the JackHammer GEM car for display and demonstration at the event. Detroit Pistons guard, Lindsey Hunter, now owns DCC, a custom automotive shop, and he invited some of his teammates to the party. Lindsey Hunter's chopped Corvette convertible, Ben Wallace's Ford GT, Darvin Ham's Buick Invicta, and Darko Milicic's Mercedes Benz were also on display. Other Pistons players in attendance were Antonio McDyess, Chauncy Billups, Rick Hamilton, and Rasheed Wallace.

Eight big screen TVs, 12 couches, 4 recliners, and a table full of food and drinks set the party off and the JackHammer provided the topic of conversation among the "A" list crowd. |

The partiers were also impressed with the 10" 9500's in the MTX Chevy S-10. Numerous demos were given and all people exited the car only to get their friends to listen to the truck too. |

| Parker 425- Parker, AZ |
|
The first weekend in February, MTX attended the Parker 425 Best in the Desert off road race with FST where the MTX team took third place beating out even Robby Gordon. There was a good looking MTX display that was set up before the race. Even Fabtech had their rig on hand that was completely outfitted with MTX and StreetWires. This race will air on the Outdoor Channel on March 25th at 6am Eastern time and again on March 26th at 5pm Eastern time.

| Bonfires and Burnouts - Phoenix, AZ |

MTX attended Bonfires and Burnouts in Phoenix, AZ on the weekend of January 22 and 23. There was a great turnout of about 5,000 car audio fans and MTX was able to get great branding in its own backyard in Phoenix. Noise Audio, an authorized MTX and StreetWires dealer from Glendale, AZ, supported the event with 5 cars making MTX the star of the show.

On the 9th & 10th of October, MTX attended the Audio America distributor sales annual event in Singer Island, FL. Audio America is a new distributor for us in 2004 selling MTX. The display looked great!

| 4X4 Jamboree - Indianapolis, IN |

The weekend of September 25 and 26, MTX Audio attended the 4X4 Jamboree event that was held in Indianapolis, IN. The MTX Ford Ranger, the MTX Gem cart, the MTX show semi and Tommy Bostic's monster MTX Jeep were on display.
The weather was awesome and the event had a great turnout with over 75,000 people in attendance over the three day event. People were swarming the MTX Gem cart. All the show vehicles were a big hit. There was also lots of MTX gear to be seen in the vehicles that were on display at the show. To round up the event on Sunday, MTX's booth won the People's Choice for best booth at the show!

September 18-19, MTX attended the 2004 NOPI Nationals that where held at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. They were able to dodge Hurricane Ivan that came through the area on Thursday and put on a great presentation for MTX.
On display was the MTX show semi, the Mitek car hauler, the MTX Ford Ranger, and the MTX GEM golf cart. By far we had the hottest car audio booth at the show that was located on the main venders row.

MTX'S LUCIUS, HELLEMN AND LOVELACE TAKE HOME MULTIPLE WORLD RECORDS AT STEEL VALLEY REGIONALS
Team ThunderForce duo Kara Lucius and John Hellemn along with teammate Jay Lovelace are at it again. After traveling to West Virginia to attend the Steel Valley Regionals, the competitors returned home with three official world record titles, one potential world record title and a first place in every class they competed. But what else would you expect from three competitors who don't know how to do anything but win?

On June 5, MTX attended the Super Summit event in Tallmadge, OH. at the Summit Racing headquarters. The show semi was on display along with the MTX Civic and the new MTX GEM golf cart. All the vehicles drew a crowd into the booth making the show very successful for MTX.
During the event, MTX was able to get some time with Hot Rod Newz TV that did a nice shoot on the MTX Civic. Also on hand were the guys from ESPN2 who did a nice spot on the new products inside the show semi. There were over 600 vehicles on display which made this Summit 's biggest event ever.
Matt Hartford was on hand with his MTX sponsored drag car along with Greg Adams with his MTX sponsored monster truck.

Auto Show Professionals competition met its match the weekend of March 13 and 14 when MTX ThunderForce members Gorman Cassidy and Robbie Shores arrived on the the scene. Cassidy set a world record in SS 3-4 with a 163.4 while Shores secured his own world record in the SS 1-2 with a 159.9. These two records mark the beginning of yet another very successful competition season for MTX's Team ThunderForce.

 It didn't take long for MTX ThunderForce team members Kara Lucius and John Hellemn to get back into competition mode for 2004. Their success at the dB Drag Racing 3X Event at Audio Thunder 2004 in Toronto, Canada is just the beginning of another successful season.
To say that the Lucius/Hellemn team cleaned house in Toronto would be an understatement. Using eight MTX 81000D amplifiers, two MTX LSX2 crossovers, StreetWires interconnects and two 18” woofers all housed in the back of their blue MTX competition van, the team swept the competition and went home with multiple trophies. Their victories included 1 st place in dB Drag Racing Extreme 2 (169.2dB), the New World Record in dB Drag Racing Extreme 2 (169.0 dB), Overall Loudest Vehicle at the Show (169.2dB), and Deathmatch Champion 2004 (158.5dB average) after completing a 5 minute endurance run.
Look for Kara Lucius and John Hellemn as they continue to take home a stack of trophies for MTX's Team ThunderForce throughout 2004.

If you haven't heard of Team ThunderForce's Kara Lucius and John Hellemn after the 2003 SPL competition season, then you just haven't been listening. The dynamic duo have been nothing but loud as they swept competitions all over the country and they have the trophies to prove it.
One of their most memorable wins was submitted at this year's dB Drag Finals when the team captured the world champion title in the Extreme 2 class with their blue MTX competition van. By the end of the season, Kara and John added the title of 2003 dB Drag Former Extreme 3-4 World Record Holders, 2003 dB Drag Deathmatch Champions – AudioThunder in Toronto while they were already the 2002 dB Drag Former Extreme 9-12 World Record Holders. With that kind of reputation, it's a wonder the competition even showed up. |
